8 Hour, 1 day in person course. Multi-Housing Crime Prevention is a comprehensive training designed to equip property managers, staff, and stakeholders with the tools to create safer, more resilient communities. De-escalation Techniques: Managing conflict and responding to high-risk situations with confidence and professionalism. Lease Addendums: Strengthening lease language to support safety and accountability. Community Engagement: Building trust and collaboration between residents, staff, and local partners.
